I heard the replacement in PTDF is just for 60 persons. The process is still ongoing and hasn't got to the issuance of APLs yet. It's very confidential and competitive.

The ongoing interview is for scholarships and not recruitment.
The ES, PTDF is very secretive about the prospective replacement. You won't get any affirmation from his office about it. Denying it is not unusual. Thank you.

Was wondering too, i would have thought even if there's a reduction in the salaries it wouldn't be the Chairman's doing, if he had said "allowances" then that would be more believable, but hey, what do i know...
