The issue here is the creation of new PU at dis time of election year poses serious concern as to d sincerity of INEC and Jega. The senate committee is right in stopping such a cham. It has nothing to do with Andy Uba. Besides, there are other committee .

The inec chairman being a Northern may definitely have hidden agenda, that so far Inec is the only agency with correct population figures. Kano state claim more population than LAGOS going by the Census figure, but at Inec Lagos has more voters than Kano. Therfore , in order to correct that abnormally in their own eyes mthe Inec chairman decided to create more PU's and allocates figures in so as to maintain thst Falasy thst the North are more populated
