I need help please, my blackberry Q5 has refused to open bbm for two days now. Anytime I try to open it, it tells me connection lost. I keep waiting for it to connect but it does not please how do I go about it

There is only two solutions to this problem. Is either u upgrade ur os version if there is any update available or u back up ur phone using BlackBerry link and wipe d device. When u are done, restore ur back up data. Problem solved. Note: the device wipe will take time, maybe 1 or 2hours |
