nice one bro, let me add to that. in other to access your paypal you have to make sure that your ip address does not show you are in Nigeria, you can check this by typing www.ip2location.com into the address bar  this will enable you to tell where the ip address is coming form, if the country is not inclusive in the paypal list then don't bother accessing your or you will have yourself to blame but if otherwise then go ahead.
you can get a software that can convert your ip to that of USA, i use this for my paypal and survey jobs.
