As anyone got his or her DAAR COMMUNICATION SHARE CERTIFICATE OR as they Lodge it into the CSCS ?I NEED TO KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON WITH COMPANY,I DON'T REALLY KNOW WHEN THEY ARE GOING TO LIST THEM IN NIGERIA STOCK EXCHANGE,I JUST WANT TO KNOW IF IT'S A GOOD BUY FOR LONG AND SHORT TERM INVESTMENT!!!

For now no information about Daar Communications. I have not got my certificate. I don't think First Registrar has started sending them

Its funny they made all the noise about Certificates will be posted and credited to investors within 15 days of allotment. till today nothing. |

i think you guys will have to be patient with DAAR communications,thay,ve not started anything yet,their shares is not yet listed and the certificates have not been distributed. That is the problem of one man show.

Guy, I was told by my broker that they have started sending share certificates to recipients i have called their registra as well and i have been informed that they have started posting it you can check you cscs if you have one maybe they might have sent it.I will keep you posted later today when i have confirmed from my broker if mine has been transfer to my .Oneluv invest for the future and keep hope in Nigeria Economy |

Poster #13. Check the post office which address you used during the purchase. I f you used your CSCS number while filling the form, your CSCS must have been credited. Check your CSCS . I f you do not succeed following the 2 advice above, then write to the Registrar. Check the brochure for the name and address of the registrar. Thanks

Daar Cooms. Plc has distributed out the shares certificate of the IPO. If you subscribed to it, you should have gotten yours now. A friend of mine has received his certificate and I got mine electronically lodged in my CSCS because I gave them my CSCS details when subscribing. Cheers |

Daar comm. actually advised the IPO subscribers to indicate their CSCS/CHN numbers on their forms at the point of purchase and those who did have gotten their CSCS statements credited by now - eIPO that was what they called it. I belong to the category of investors that have since been credited with the shares. For investors that did not indicate CHN number and are yet to get share certificates, their best bet is to approach the registrars to the offer with evidence of IPO purchase; being a photocopy of filled form and receipt from stockbroker/bank slip from bank. An alternative is to lodge your complaint through the broking from which you bought the shares. Best regards, |

Just go to their Registars who incidentally are First Registrar Ltd; located at Abebe village Iganmu. Do go with an ID and any evidence that you used for the share purchase...

My naija peeps isn't there anything that can be done regarding this daar comm share. The share is still at 0.50 naira after being sold for 5 naira per share loss of abt 4.50 naira on each share being bought what could have been the reason for this are this people playing with our hard earned cash? Are they sayin daar comm with which we have invested makes no profit that we can benefit from. Pls let's discuss this within and outside this forum.
