hello guys I just finished from secondary school and I am think of studying computer science,and now that I am yet to gain ission I am thinking I should go for an IT training to have an idea before I enter school.is this a right choice?.Also I need someone to tell me how to get a Linux and github I want to take a risk trying to build a custom rom for my android phone I have been following the guides on xda site.I also need a programming practical that won't need the use of PC (I Av PC) I saw that on a thread but I can't . waiting for you guys comments.

Don't go to any computer institute, learn on your own at home. I can't imagine programming without a pc |

don't get me wrong I have a pc, how do you expect me to learn on my own? maybe you can give me some helpful tips to help me start on my own and why did you suggest that I should learn on my own at home

one important reason I would suggest learning at home is 'cause its free and you don't have to worry about going late to class or whatever  .....you can start here www.w3schools.com or www.tutorialspoint.comI just started learning myself and I have to it its been worthwhile. Slainte!!
