How much do you know in blender?
If you're a total beginner, I'd recommend watching blenderguru's tutorials on how to make a doughnut.

How to add light.
While in cycles. Click shift+A you should see an option for light source.

But I use a simple plane mesh and add an emission shader to it.

One more question, whenever i want to save my blender design, and i press f12 i keep on seeing that most part of my design was cut off.

The house model isn't bad.

My problem is with the shaders and choice of lighting, though you will figure it out eventually.

The spiral staircases, has too many steps on it.

well it a gradual process. Your staircase look like a furniture in the house. The windows and door looks a picture frame.
What am trying to say the sizes are wrong.
When ever your working on a house design say interior, always check for the standard size of everything online.
Your light bulb should be transparent or trans lucent instead of a solid material.

Oga, For any big project like a full movie you would need funding.

you need funds , and you need a whole lot more than just animators , and modellers to make a full movie

Hire a director, storyboarder, writer.

For character motion animation, motion tracking equipment is extensive.

Soundtrack composer, sound designer.

Get a render farm.
Pay people for their work hours.
Among other things.

this is quite good. what software did you use for this? maya or blender?,i love the render ,also your floor is too glossy , reducing that can help with the realism even more
