Shell Graduate Programme

The Shell Graduate Programme is a development framework that enables new graduates to become fully independent Shell professionals in 2-5 years.

At Shell, new graduates have access to an unparalleled range of roles and world-class training and development opportunities, including:
· Leadership skills development
· Networking, Coaching and Mentoring relationships
· Learning curriculum (training, e-learning modules, accreditation)

Requirement:
· Graduates who finished with a very good degree at the Undergraduate level
· Graduates who are currently engaged in or have finished their National Youth Service
· Graduates who completed their first degree not more than four years ago
· Graduates with at least 5 credits from GCE O’ level (or equivalent) including Math and English
· Graduates who have not taken part in a Shell Recruitment Day in the past 3 years or written our test in the past 12 months

Shell matches graduates into a particular role based on their skills, so graduates will not be required to apply for a specific Shell position.

FIRST CREATE A PROFILE WITH SHELL IF YOU HAVE NONE,CHOOSING YOUR COUNTRY AND LOCATION.THEN PROCEED TO THE SHELL RECRUITMENT DAY PAGE,CLICK ON IT,IT WILL SHOW YOU HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION....WHEN YOU ARE DONE,THEY WILL SEND YOU A CONFIRMATION MAIL IMMEDIATELY OR LATER AND INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PROCEED WITH THE NEXT STAGE WHICH WILL BE AN ONLINE ASSESSMENT.FROM THERE YOUR CAN CONTINUE.THERE WILL BE ANOTHER STAGE OF ASSESSMENT AFTER THAT ONE,BUT TAKE ONE STEP AT A TIME.....HOPE ITS CLEAR?

Pals i am grateful for this info on how i can apply for the programme.
please i want to know if an HND Holder can apply for the shell recruitment day programme? Also has anybody with HND certificate applied for the programme?. Because i tried applying with my HND and they disqualified me. Anybody in my shoe pls? Urgent response will be appreciated.

Not 2 happy though,tried but at d end i got 'ur application could not be processed due to informations provided' i got this when i selected class of result garaduated with as 2.2.guess this is a no go for 2.2 graduates

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS,FOLLOW THE EXAMPLE GIVEN,IF YOU ARE CONFUSED DONT BE IN A HASTE TO CHOOSE AN ANSWER.......SOME OF THE QUESTIONS ARE TRICKY,THOUGH ITS BASICALLY TO KNOW YOUR KIND OF PERSON AS IT RELATES TO WORK ENVIROMENT.WORDS YOU DONT UNDERSTAND BETA USE THE DICTIONARY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SENT A REGRET MAIL.SO JUST BE SMART AND REAL ABOUT IT.I FEEL ITS AN AUTO GRADING,IF YOU DONT THE REQUIRED POINTS YOU WONT PROCEED TO THE NEXT LEVEL.....NOTE,MANY HAVE FAILED IT RIGHT FROM HERE!
