Is it possible for someone to have a sim card in a phone, not used in quite a while, and still have a recording heard by callers?

for futher clarification. I called a person in Lagos, I got a message. I later was talking to her online. She said she left her phone behind, running off to another town. She wants to get a new phone. I asked how after 6 months, her message system was still working, with the phone left behind, and the sim card gone? She said that providers there leave the message function in tact, even when a phone and sim card is inactive for months. So, my questions is, is this true? Thanks! |

Well my friend,it is possible it all depend on how long de acces day are,in my sim, i have acces days as far as 2oo9 so my voice mail system will be active till then.So wit dis it's possible.
