There is nothing as delicious as this especially when you have well pounded yam / fufu to back it up. The interesting part is that you can't enjoy the meat on its first day of cooking (except its well soaked in hot water b4 cooking)...wait until the second day and then you testify that the Lord is good .Its my late Dad favourite and I also like it so much.
