InshaAllah tomorrow is 12th Rab'ul Awwal, 1434 (24th January, 2013). It is AQSA DAY, pure and simple. Muslims must stop losing their identity as some enjoy aping d non-Muslims. Tomorrow has come to be our holiday and we can savour it by reflecting on our worship individually and collectively towards Allah and to one another. How far have we followed the example of that Prophet (SAW)? We need not do this by wanting to celebrate 12th Rab'ul Awwal the way Xmas of 1st January is celebrated. We are Muslims, we none other. We need not stop so low and condescend to be like them in an attempt to popularise Islam. Or what do you say?
