Thai green curry chicken with potatoes. A little thin because i didn't have enough coconut milk plus i was impatient and didn't brown the chicken well and ended up putting the potatoes directly in the pan instead of pan roasting them. Still tasted fire though!

I clean as I cook

Start with a clean sink and empty dishwasher. Every dirty item you use you just put it away in the washer or the sink. Wipe little spills as you go. Run the washer as soon as you are done or hand wash the items and put them away.

I’ll try this suggestion below. The problem I’ve always had the ham hock is that it’s too salty. And I don’t really like overly salty vegetables

I might even freestyle and use it efo style 😝
