Well ladies take heed, the pics above show the effects of yoyo dieting. She didnt get fat for a role at all. she is naturally big boned and from the looks of things she still hasnt found the best possible eating habit and i mean healthy here, not the suck it off for the new album, red carpet showing or concert type of diet.

well its her call at the end of the day, plus i think she has more going on in her head that maybe causing her to over eat.

I just read an online article online on monday that confirmed that she has lost the weight she gained. Sorry, but I can't where anymore. Needless to say, it does beg the question what caused it - JD? Depression over Michael not being in the country again? A little pity eating? Who knows?

I hope she really loses all that weight. I like her.
