Please guys i need the procedures on how to retrieve a glo sim back,need this urgently.

Simply go to any gloworld near you and welcome back your sim even if you misplaced it for the past 3 years, it will still for you again. Go along with N200, that's all you need.

They may also ask you to buy N1000 voucher when you want to retrieve(thats what they told my friend when he retrieved his sim)

@dragnet,na celtel own i hate.my line got lost a year ago,they told me dat i should get another sim coz the old one them done block am. . .if u call there customer care,they will say itz N200 to retrieve.when i got there,i went to help some1 for his line,they talk sey i go buy N500 card,dats making N700.why cant they sum it up on there 111 dat its N700.celtel dey vex somtimes.

airtel own worst , during their promo using N50 to get 3gb, i loaded 1k and got 62gb. The next 2 days of goting that data bundle my line got blocked just like dat, so i ed their customer care, all they could say is i shuld go to any dealer near me i got there imagine d dealer was asking to provide d last two numbers i called b4 it was blocked if not no way out. Meanwhile i bought d sim during d awof time n neva use it to cal anyone. Dats hw i wasted my money on dat sim n d 62gb vanished. But thank God den later wipe every body's data bundle.

what the hell is wrong with Glo head office Abuja? Their response is always "the link is down", i haven't been able to replace my lost line all week. I'm so mad...angry...frustrated now. Retrieved my MTN very quickly and smoothly at their Abuja office (same week) but Glo is just a pain in the as5s.
