Pls more pictures will still be ed especially those ones we took during IFTAR(breaking of fast)I couldn't use my BB camera for it as dia is darkness during iftar so we use a brother with Nairaland name NICESOUL digital camera,I av call him to send dem to me to do some editiing then it.he has not send it.am still expecting it.

Some people might be wondering why do we have to cover our faces,experience shows that some of our brothers might not want dia face shown on a public forum, I think we ve discuse this in the 2nd edition 2yrs ago.

I did my NYSC in EKUREKU in crossriver state just 50naira Bike(okada) to Abaumege in Ebonyi state we even treck it down most times.dis give me the opportunity to tour ebonyi state so well most time I go to Abakaliki to buy sometins.

To be honest I have been oportune to be in more than 22 state in Nigeria...my candid opinion is EBONYI state is the WORST state av been to..the MOST UNDERDEVELOP state in Nigeria.so ugly, the atmosphere is not conducive for living
The worst is the Capital Abakaliki so disorganise with dff Ugly structure,terible Road, poverty stricken people.
My xperience in dis state is terible.whenever am in abakaliki I always leave the city a Sad Man...because of dos horible scene around

How ok is this Delta food? Close to mosque? Good food? Varieties? Space?

We need someone in Surulere to coordinate the logistics. He will be the first to reach there, he would have told the management beforehand, maybe by Friday or Saturday morning, that we will be using their eatery for an iftar programme and we will be buying foods aplenty(no extra charge o!)

Since Odunz80 said he leaves in Surulere,maybe we give him the responsibility of doing the visibility study of the eatery(Delta Food)

And the place is close to a mosque where we can observe solatul Magrib.
I know of the Sweet sensation on Bode thomas/adeniran ogunsanya as being very close to a mosque on the other side of the Road

What to look for
1, Good eatery with varieties
2, Proximity to mosque for ease of Moghrib salat
3, Storey preferred

Salam Alaykum...I will suggest we use Sweet Sensation on the junction of Bode thomas by Adeniran Ogunsanya street as the place is very spacious and there is a Mosque very close to the eatery @ the other side of the Raod
Its also a storey building.

As 2yrs ago when I was there,no doubt the market is very big,with dff business activities going on dia but dia past governors have not been fair to them in dis great city,because 1 thing you will first notice as u re entering dis city is big building scatered around whereas the road re an eyesore very terible.the whole place was not plan at all.nothing much to be proud of physically as far as onitsha is concern if you realise the great and many genious that as come out of this state

its very possible,afterall some muslim nairalander re doing something of such every year this year is going to be the fourth year and it promise to be another wonderfull experience organise by JARUS.....its tagged Nairaland muslim Iftar
