try to charge the phone with another charger because that's what I do when same thing happened to me last year and phone been working perfectly up till now but if nothing change, try to visit any good phone repairer

in my own case, I charged the phone overnight and waking up the second day, everything start working perfectly fine

I just got a Samsung A71 ,I set up the biometrics and it was working fine but after fixing a screen guard it stopped working and even stopped ing another finger,does this mean I can't use screen guard on the phone?
