lol... You are on the margin portion of binance... Go to spot and best tranfer whatever you have in your margin acoount to spot. On the top left corner of the screen, there should be a spot tab
In margin, you can technically trade more higher volumes than you really have. It multiplies both risks and benefits.

Use normal Xrp/USDT, that's Perpetual you are using. Check the top of the screenshot you sent.

Check below and click "market" on the binance app. After clicking scroll to the top , you'll see "spot" "future" and zone

Just click spot and look for the coin pair you wanna trade.
