If you are refering to msc interposing with one or some years of working experience that you are claiming points for, then there is no issue.
Msc is a PGD programme, so you can work while studying. After all, a paid internship during school with proof, can be used to claim experience.

Well, in my opinion, i dont think LOE would be necessary because its a straight forward scenerio and very normal.

It’s not a letter, It’s a combination of several documents that will prove you have a siblings and that siblings is in Canada

So a typical WES ECA for LLB in Nigeria says:

Major/Specialization: Law
Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor's degree (four years)

Per IRCC website, Bachelor of Laws is equivalent to Professional degree needed to practice in a licensed profession https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/education-assessed/read-report.html

In completing the Express Entry profile, do you choose Master’s degree or Professional degree?
Has anyone explored this option?

I'm ing my bsc and ond to claim points via wes evaluation for two degrees but the problem now is one of the schools I intend to organise my transcript and send to wes is currently on strike, which is my bsc cert. I want to know if I can process only the ond pending when they will call of the strike so I can also add the bsc to it. Is it possible to do it this way...advice needed

I'm working in a hospital as an istrative Executive and the duties in my reference letter matches noc 1241. Now, am I supposed to use 1241 or 1243 (ie, medical istrative assistant) as it's in a hospital or should I leave 1241 as my noc?

Pls what professional course can one take to boost scores as I do not have masters.

Half siblings have one parent in common. Birth certificates showing that parent's name on them should suffice

Alot of seniors have argued against this oh if you can check back the pages, it has been said that going this route will end it tears. Just go with IQAS

Hey guys. I am trying to check my eligibility on the IRCC website. I am stuck on the question of work experience. I have two different work experience that i want to use to claim maximum points here.
1. teacher for 1year and 4months
2. Sales rep for 1year and 10 months.

On the eligibility questionaire it is saying it must be in only one occupation.

How do i go about this in other for me to make use of my two different work experience?

Also in the question about where i would like to settle. I was told that i can select as many provinces as possible but when filling the eligibility questionaire i could only select one province. How do i go about this also

If NOC 1241 matches your job description, that's what you should use. What matters is your job duties, not place of work or title.

I simply said IF your company has a Canada branch.
I also added "its not assured but possible"

My firm has a branch in Canada and I was talking from that angle as some have moved to Canda branch from here.

@arcfresky, I don't know how important this journey is to you, but it would be beneficial to get into the habit of researching so you don't get misled by anyone on here including myself.
I have answered this exact question numerous times on this forum and many are in canada.

If you are unmarried and get married POST AOR and then add your spouse, your scores WILL NOT BE RECALCULATED.
You will need an updated POF, medicals etc.. The scores would NOT be affected.

According to IRCC, If you want to add a spouse post AOR, You’ll need to use the CRS tool to recalculate your points to be sure it’s above the ITA minimum score of your round. For instance, If the CRS Cutoff score that got you an ITA is 461 and after adding your spouse, your CRS falls to 459, you’ll lose the ITA.
So think of it well before adding spouse.
The alternative is to apply for spousal sponsorship.

Lol and must it always be studio 24 when there are capable photographers scattered across the city/town looking for customers? I did for a family of 4 at N2,500. Collected soft copies and 2hard copies for each of us.

All I did was visit IRCC website and get a screenshot of the page that mentions the acceptable size range.

The app is also a great alternative no doubt, only if you are not one of those who would start having sleepless nights as to whether the app/the port it generated for submission is the one causing delay in the landing of your PPR.

You forgot to qualify the "tears" with the word "" as some people here love to put it!
