I noticed that iPhone 7plus heats up after I upgraded to ios 14.3

And the battery is not really as strong as when it was in ios 12..
I now have a 4-5 hours of screen time instead of the 6-7 I use to experience b4 the upgrade

Battery health is still 98%

What could be the problem or is this just Normal?

Is the battery an original? If it is then it’s strange. iOS 14 shouldn’t be giving you just 5 hours with an almost 100 percent battery health on a 7 plus.

Check your phone voltage before buying and buy a small voltage regulator multi-socket too.

Hello Engineers in the house, my iPhone 6s suddenly stopped charging after getting to 96%, tried another charger and cable showed the charging signal then screen freezes. Did a hard restart and suddenly batter level increased and decreased again.
Once charger is plugged in now it shows the low battery with the plug cable icon. Please what's the solution to this?

It's doesn't need crack before it starts malfunctioning. You need to replace the screen
