But as for me, in as much this is not affecting my Facebook ads I run for clients and businesses, we are good to go.

It's already happening. Google chrome is revealing searches you conduct on it to google. Just last week, I wanted to subscribe for a service on an App. Some minutes after I did, it was the app that started showing up as adverts on every website I visited.

At the end of the day, signal and telegram or whatever other messaging app out there were created to make money. It's only a matter of time before they start bombarding their s with advert too.

I when youtube was created. There was zero advert for a couple of years. They later came up with Google chrome cast which cuts out all the advert and lets you stream to your tv. About a month or 2 again, I noticed that Chromecast has started throwing in advert here and there.

If it's a free service, then collection of data for marketing purposes should be expected sooner or later.

Are you kidding me? Instagram is getting bigger. Thousands, if not millions of influencers owe their success to Mark giving them a platform to succeed.

Snapchat is HUGE in developed countries with no signs of slowing down. I don't know about African countries though. I know WhatsApp is not big in North America. They prefer snapchat to WhatsApp.

Like I mentioned earlier, I don't think Mark has forced anyone to sign on to Facebook, instagram, WhatsApp e.t.c it's a free world and people can move on to other platforms.

I completely dislike big brother show where they show all sort of nudity, however it's a free world. I just simply ignore the program and decide not to watch it or any advert when the show is on air.

It is a no no for me. I am still considering whether to accept that unfavourable from them or switch over to another favorable app like Telegram or Signal.
