Du courage! However, guys let me share one of the tips I was given in my French school: Spread your efforts. C2 parallel, C1 parallel are all good & noble if you can.A B2 parallel is superior to C1/C2s with one B1 or low B2 which will spoil the result.
So guys, let's learn to spread our efforts to cover all the modules. You did brilliantly but you have only 15 pts. Just refresh, refire and try again. All the best !!!!!

Sincerely speaking, there is no way you can reach TEF standard using self study.

If you are talking about that time frame, it will be very difficult for him but he can reach TEF standard using self study after more than one year if he knows exactly what he is doing (and is studying intensively). There are so many resources online for learning French... some people have ed TEF without having a teacher.
