I made jollof rice using pocohantas recipe and it came out just fine, party jollof crisp and nice just the way I love it.
I served it with fried plantain and avocado pear.

Lol about the colour, there wasn't light to grind the tomatoes and tatashe, so I just used that small mortar and pestle to mash the tomatoes and used dry pepper instead of tatashe cos of time, but still it came out nice except the colour, of course.

I'm even surprised people can eat Avocado pear without salt .... Since i was born, i've never tasted avocado without rubbing it with salt.... Maybe i'd try it later today... But i believe it will taste kinda bland though
