That is where you got it wrong. You only listened to the buyer in that dispute. Hotdealz did not waybill any laptop to the buyer, the buyer did the waybilling by himself. So, how did the buyer and the shipper the buyer used to waybill not see such an obvious damage?

^^^ You really need to answer the above question.

We have bought a lot of laptops from hotdealz, he has never for once sent pictures of the actual laptop he delivers to our office. Sometimes, he asked that we Google the model number. Why?

In that dispute, hotdealz said something that made me know why. He said the laptops are not with him that he is getting them from warehouses and other sellers and the laptops are always in bulk.

You need to understand that most of these online sellers are advance OSO AHIA. Both the buyer and hotdealz himself included. They are selling what they don't have. Many don't even have shops and are selling from home. But if you go and meet them, they'll bring that goods out for you. They always know where to get it and the price.
