Men dem, Abeg make una help me shuk mouth for this matter, and possibly advise me. I ordered for some battery chargers via Jumia Express since Saturday last week. The expected timeline for delivery shows 9th - 11th (Friday this past week), but as we speak, I am yet to be notified of the items' delivery to my chosen hub (in Lagos) Efforts at tracking the items shows that they are yet to be delivered to the hub. Has anyone been in this situation before? How did you resolve it? I have a tight schedule next week that may nullify the importance of the chargers if I dont get them as soon as possible. If I dont get them by Monday, I may be constrained to drag Jumia on Nairaland and Twitter...  Aliexpress, in China, cannot be giving me gbas gbos, and Jumia, in Nigeria, will be doing me the same thing nau

Good day house, I bought an item (mobile phone) since April 2nd. The item is yet to be delivered as we speak. Status on tracking site is still dispatch to overseas since June 17. intergral: It might not be that you are duped, as there are lags in the shipping process especially at the Nigerian end, the goods could be stuck somewhere (optimism).... The courier company matter also, some shipping companies have been bitterly complained about here on their services... The item I received today was order on July 04, 2020 and 4PX or so is the shipping company I collected an item today from the PO, the seller has been settled since October after I opened distupe... I even messaged the seller recently that I think he duped me.... But I collected the same item today, item that I was already taking my mind off. 1 Like |

It depends on your tracking number for to make sure..., Aliexpress doesn't carry out shipping on its own, they partner with other courier companies to ship, but ensure better shipping with track capability
