You could use trusted xchangers on ecurrency thread that's if the Aliexpress seller has a good reputation to avoid 'chargeback'

I have tried every possible combination. Used xender, share it and even share me. It's either one error or the other. WiFi and hotspot work seamlessly though. Not just sure what is causing the problem.

This isn't possible. All refunds through disputes are handled by AliEx and they're paid to your card, except you're negotiating outside the dispute platform.

I was waiting to order for one but the shop I went to pick up something had some which one of my students there offered me and paid, I couldn't decline him since it fitted perfectly.
