Good morning pilots, please i need help. My vehicle insurance document continues to be rejected on Uber app after each attempt to submit it. All other documents has been ed and approved but this insurance document has failed multiple times. How do I go about it please. Is their an Uber email I can send this complaint to please.

Have you been able to resolve this problem? Otherwise, there's a website that was given to me at their office to check the authenticity of that document when I'd similar issue. Is your Insurrance comprehensive or a 3rd party?
