I don't think there is complete visa ban for visiting category, it is for categories like work visas etc. Once embassy starts receiving application, try applying with the whole family. package yourself from the business angle , let them know you are going for business and also taking your family on a long awaited vacation. Try using a fairly funded , though, your performance may not even warrant them asking you.

If you have enough money, make research on restista visa and choose the best among the country that offers it

Honestly, People always think Canada is overrated until they start searching for another option.

Canada is crap.

Very expensive especially food and rent . Couple that with high taxes and you will be slugging and wasting away serving the state.

US or bust. If it comes to migrating out of Africa. No other place on Earth has so much to offer.

One state no pay you, then move to a more tax or business friendly state.

Avoid blue states by all means. They will tax you dry and they have the highest cost of living plus huge crime issues. Head Midwest to New Hampshire or better yet Texas.

Avoid New York, New Jersey , California, Baltimore, Minnesota , Seattle and the deep South and you will be ok.

Easiest way to become a French citizen is to the French Legion .

Once you the fitness and medical tests you will undergo a year's military training and serve at least 3ys. You however must be fluent in both oral and written French during your one year training.

The pay is zero and you will only get food and board and will be posted to remote French outposts like in the middle of the Sahara or if you are lucky to the scenic French Polynesia .
