All the Caribbean countries don't really have much to offer except you become a citizen.

With 150,000 USD you can buy citizenship there so that you enjoy visa free status to all Europe, and other developed countries.
Trinidad and Tobago, British Virgin Islands, Barbados are quite OK. Guyana's economy has been tough even pre-COVID.

Not totally true, you don't require language proficiency in Denmark as 80% of their population speak fluent English

You havent learnt the language and you're surviving right? Allow him too to relocate and survive just like you're doing. It's just an option. I have friends that moved to and are picking up the language really fast.
