A standard Uk visitor visa for a child. 2 adults names are put in the application and a child can only travel with one of both of those two adults. Any child travelling outside of those two names will be refused ..... The only work around this was for the child to travel and pay unaccompanied minor , that standard UK visiting visa.

I dont know if there anything / restriction like that for tier 4 dependent so check the home office .

Yes, mum as visitor and children as dependant. My mum took that root last month with my sisters children.

Though as u have been advised, do ur Personal Verification.

The issue is,I renewed my port but the old one has not expired.
I was wrongly advised by the agent to renew it,I it,I didn't know that if it has 6 months validity its still valid.
My old port has up to 2 years validity.
So the issue now is,my CAS was issued using my new port number so automatically it's what I should fill during my visa application ,but my old port has my travel history to South Africa.
My question is,if I declare my travel history to SA I would need to my old unexpired port right?
Is there any negative effect of having an old unexpired port and a new port.

Please help,its bugging me so much I cant sleep.

It’s not a crime to renew port before its expiry. As long as immigration have cancelled the old port accordingly, you’re good. There’s nothing to worry about.

Get a new port, so you can rid yourself of the potential problems that the fake stamp may bring your way.

if you can use the internet (which i've seen that you can), there's hardly much justification for using agents. The information you need to apply for visas is freely available...on the internet.

If you ed English in your waec, you don't need to write ielts.

Use the same address since you both won't be getting your accomodation till you get to the UK except you'll be travelling before your spouse applies.

It's okay since you aren't related. If the decision to self-isolate there is probed further at the POE for any reason, you simply say the truth which is that the option didn't open up till after you got your visa.

Writing IELTS depends on the school; some accept WAEC while others accept a letter certifying that your last course was fully taught in English. Check the English language requirements of the schools you're interested in to know what they require.
Cheap is relative. Check schools in line with your budget using google or findamasters.com

An LL.M is basically a huge roll of the dice, but if you must do one, try Dispute Resolution, IP, etc. The advice about not wasting your time and money on a generalist LL.M is correct. Above all, avoid international law.

Greetings. Still on the application matter:

1. On the Dependant application, “visa expiry date” is the course end date of the main applicant right? I earlier this year, there was a debate on that. Please can any one confirm this?

Also Nqf 7 is masters level and same as scqf level 11. This is in Ihs payment area where there is no Scqf option.
