This is my third attempt at watching this anime in two years and I'm finally starting to get into it.

Recently, I've been in some form weird funk. I tried watching Fire Force season 2 only to stop at episode 4. Then I tried watching Great Pretender and got similar results. Dr Stone and AssClass also couldn't hold my interest.

After going on a manga-only diet for a couple of weeks I now find myself getting hooked on fvcking SSSS Gridman. I think it started with me keeping a mental score of the number of gratuitous foot shots in each episode. Now I find myself wanting to see whether the MC gets with Rikka and wanting to find out what Akane's deal is.

I think my appetite for anime may be back!

You should, I think you would enjoy it. The first 40 episodes might be kinda boring,well it's that way in most anime's but as you progress further you’ll never want to stop watching.
