It's even becoming tiring seeing people attack for complaining about something. The core of the update is the features. Of what use will the updates be if the features ain't there? No OEM is perfect with their releases but once you point out Xiaomi's errors/problems here, your head to the guillotine (by some folks!)

I had to test my friend's RN8 on MIUI 12/Android 10 and searched for the navigation thingy and it's still not there. It's a native android 10 feature not even a MIUI thingy. The floating windows? He has moved on.. LOL.

That's a good upgrade. I would've recommended a RN9 but the RN8 is still a solid device.

Also android 11 update list, this was gotten from xiaomi official group on telegram.

So i decided to share them, for us(xiaomi s) to be aware of it. Xiaomi developers brought out the list. However, xiaomi haven't yet announced it, officially.

Read the bottom left side well. The reason, Redmi and redmi note only receive one year update. It's because, they are budget devices.
