Meh I had thought I would flip this name quickly when I bought it. I outbounded aggressively the first 3 months, got one interested but dude went mute even after several follow ups, even reduced price to $100 no show.
I just decided to leave it alone.

I ed it at dynadot. I only use the word 'SNAPPING' because once you have seen a good name from pending delete you have to be fast about it when it drop since you are not using a backorder. I have tried to reg 2 names like that and i was very happy only for dynadot to refund me back and the names were gone. I guess too many principalities on the names tho.

This domain is my first ED domain name sold as my previous sold names are Handreg. I decided to put the pending delete tutorial into test and i was able to snap this name at Dynadot. I reached out to 18 ends hoping to continue the next day. I received an offer of $100 from an end yesterday and i counter with $300. She counter with $125 and i declined, sent another offer of $165 and i declined aswell. She went mute and i got another offer from another end for $245 and i agreed. Changed the BIN to $245 and i found out that the person i was negotiating with purchased the name for that price. The initial end that sent me an offer of $245 reach out and said the name has been sold when he was about to purchase it.....i just went numb and don't even know what to tell him.
