During the 3rd outbounding, the price was reduced to $200. Someone showed interest but went off. I disturbed the guy twice that I'm ready to sell it for 100. I got no response.

Then I reduced the price to 100 for the outbounding. Surprisingly, I got a mail from Simon the following day that the Domain was sold for 200. I checked the invoice to see the buyer, and it happens to be the guy that showed interest when the price was 200.

Totalled $840. All sold to the same buyer.
He was stingy at the beginning. Actually he bought the first one for $50. Yes I have to throw it to him as he was the only one interested and that's his max offer. That was where it all started. Most are a day and 2 days hold time. The longest was the first one. Main lesson I learnt from these sales is be professional and have a good manner of approach when negotiating. A person that bought something of #10 Naira today may come later and buy something worth #200 Naira. All thanks to God almighty.
