It's high blood pressure probably coupled with clots and shrunk veins making you feel the blood move as your heart is forcing it through your body.

Are you sure you have not also done anything or exposed yourself to warrant this e.g. sleeping with the wrong girl, cultism in school way back, family curse, done injustice to other people or disrespect elders or the less privileged... It may also be an unprovoked spiritual attack.
Whatever it is, ask for God's mercy and seek deliverance. Always prays before you sleep to avoid such bad dream.
