If you do business online you must be scammed in one way or the other.
The biggest money I lost however was to crypto. I invested all the money I made in 2017 in crypto- Almost 3k usd. All the coins I bought were shit coins and lost most of their value. Las las the total money I cashout from the coins was less than $300.
Lesson: Never invest in what you dont understand.

When I was much younger, I sent a guy I was dating online 5k cause he was in need of money, such fuckery! How he was able to bill me and knock out 5k from me is still a mystery to me till date and we never for once met till we broke up online so I could recoup my money. .

Not knowing he was just in the relationship for some selfish reasons I had no forsight of because yeah I was so gullible and stupid enough not to have paid attention to all the signs around coupled with the fact he always kept his family life and background personal.

Lesson learnt: Avoid investing into any sort of relationship if you have any atom of doubt and always get your fact right about anyone irrespective of the love you have or share together.

Micheno Multipurpose Cooperative headed by one stupid and never do well, Michael Eke, and one useless unfunny comedian Aya Mbakara, those guys scammed unsuspecting investors to the tune of 30 billion since 2018 and sadly my 10million Naira was part of it. The painful aspect was that I am not a fan of HYIP schemes, I felt since they were making payments for upto 5 months I should quickly make a gain out of the scheme and boom a week to my payout after waiting for about 30 days the stories started coming up.

Lesson Learnt : Never ever invest in HYIP/Ponzi scheme.

Mine was personal share of 40million naira approximately when I shared a business idea with a good friend but failed in putting everything down into a signed agreement because I trusted him and our friendship.

He made the money as projected but never gave me a penny.

Lesson learned: Trust absolutely nobody

I was looking forward to stories in this magnitud.. I am currently in same position BUT I am in control of everything... The deal/market is worth more then 100M and evergreen. I plan to spread across 3 major cities... after doing deals up to that 100M in accumulation within 2-3 years, I am venturing into food/agro-business big time...
