My infinix S5 lite which is just 10months is now misbehaving. It can only called with one Sim. Though the two sons are detected and can be used for data but sim 1 won't work for calls despite changing it to ASK EVERYTIME or changing the settings to the sim1, it only uses sim 2

I use an INFINIX Note 7 . I just observed that while listening to radio via my phone, the media volume will automatically appear on the screen and reduces the volume to its lowest. And when I go to settings to increase the volume , it reduces it again after a minute or two.

What could be the cause and probable solution ? Has anyone experienced this before ?

it could be the headset you're using. Maybe it doesn't fit properly to the hole.

it could be the headset you're using. Maybe it doesn't fit properly to the hole.

I was charging my hot 8 lite, and i sleep off when i woke i discover d fone was on bt i was not displaying , i tought it was d screen i gave it out to an engineer to fix it, it was then that i discover it wasn't d screen, pls can i still take it to Tecno office for swapping
