This man lied as He does not know the truth as it is written in the Bible. Read the book of exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy to learn of the old Covenant that this man still pretends gentiles were called for.

Read the Gospels to learn of the New Covenant that is Jesus Christ and see how any gentile still g their soul up for the old, is rejecting what Jesus Christ has to offer.

I don't pay tithe.... since I became Born again in 2017, i have never had to pay tithe. And God takes care of me the way defined in Matthew 6 when you seek first the Kingdom of God.

The Spirit of God is strict on the demarcation between Old wine and New wine.

As Area4Area noted, each Covenant - Old and New - are all or nothing. You can't pick and choose what you want to obey and you can't have one foot in one and another foot in the other

Tithe-paying was a commandment under the Old Testament Law meant to be obeyed/kept by the 11 eleven tribes of the children of Israel in the Promised Land. This tithe was paid to the Levite as God commanded since the tribe of Levi (Levites) were not apportioned land in Canaan. (Read Numbers 18:20-24; Joshua 13:14-33; Hebrews 7:5).

The law of tithe-paying is not binding on Christians (in any age) to keep since Christians are not under the Old Covenant but under the Law of Christ.

Christians today are not OBLIGATED to pay tithe to anybody or any denominational body.

Christians are to voluntarily give their means without being coerced or under compulsion, but give willingly and cheerfully as they purpose and decide in their hearts. (1 Corinthians 16:1-2; 2 Corinthians 9:6-8. Compare 2 Corinthians 8:12).

Funny enough, the tithe being paid today by Christians in these churches (though not a command to them) is not even done as it was COMMANDED by God to the children of Israel. These ages tells us the practice in tithe-paying done under the Old Covenant: Deuteronomy 12:5-7, 10-15, 17-19; 14:22-29.
