They don't even have to breach any . They can speak directly to those Twitter employees. Stuff is during that work at home period, those employees had access to the company's systems at home. Any spouse , boyfriend or girlfriend with fraudulent intention could pull that off.
Social engineering hacking does not need any superior computer skills to execute. It is as simple as logging into your Nairaland and changing your profile picture as long as you have the to .

Bt I’m 100% sure Nigerian scammers are on twitter or hacking profiles the day I saw a pop msg on uba’s Official twitter . It was a a dumby page to ur bvn right there on UBA’s official handle. I was like is this a joke or are they not seeing this pop up page emanating from the handle. It’s was an unusual verification page asking for very personal details to be imputed just to ur bvn for no purpose. Lol

I immediately knew it was a hackers phishing page. I forgot to screen save it. So
