With Southerners appointing Northerners to head the office, you could assume some credibility and neutrality at least based on ethnic considerations. Obviously, the northern presidents called Yar'adua and Buhari did/do not have such reasoning so Southerners must learn or continue to remain stupid! Once the presidency comes to the South, I expect that ALL sensitive offices will be headed by Southerners so that the equation will be balanced.
