If you are scraping for generic domains that is not particular to a city. I can scrape the top fifty most populous cities for leads.

That one is a fixed charge of N1000 per domain.

This is because I am scraping multiple pages per city. And it takes a lot more time to complete than just one city.

It is said that the industry standard is 1 to 2 percent.

I think it depends on the quality of the names and the asking price.

There's a lady whose minimum selling price is around $4,000. I think she said her sell rate was 4%. She would probably sell far more if she just lowered her prices. She's quite profitable at this rate so won't change.

Another domainers who says he has 3850 names said he received 600 enquiries in the past month for his names. Let's assume these 600 enquiries was for 300 names, factoring in multiple enquiries for some names. From his sales figures, I think he sold only 20 or so.

Sale rates can be much higher if the quality of the domains are high and if the prices are more moderate. If 9ne has quality names, I'm sure one can achieve 25% sell rate over a year or 50% over 3 years if you're the type that never allow your names to drop.

The ones with info are mostly from the emails scraped from the ends website directly.
Most of the emails are the ones they listed in the yellowpages directly.

Yes.
I change it to the number of pages I want the yellow pages scraped.
Usually, the priority end s are in the first10-20 pages.

some times for a city it will scrape less than 10 pages and show completed.
I never use the default 1000... that is overkill
