you are taking about about federal University, and it may also interest you to know that it's within federal government responsibility to equip the school with modern facilities and infrastructures. No you know the extent your useless government are frustrating the East.

What is required is environmental sanitation not the camera man; see wooden manual compactor abandoned after use, overgrown grasses ,bare ground that needs to be grassed etc. We have all lost sense of decency. LAUTECH should employ the services of an experienced horticulturist and put her gardeners to active daily work. These is not worth viewing please.
