They have with major registrars and if you wanna try some registrar you are not sure if they have or not, you'd know by chatting with them(dan) and as well confirm if they deal with the registrar. That's what I did when Sav came up with their offer last year and Dan told me they don't deal with SAV.

Netsol cancelled 4 of my domain names after 72 hours of purchase and locked my . They sent me emails that they had issues billing my card after they have debited me.

I later ed them on namecheap with less than #500 difference. I requested for refund since last week but have not seen anything

dont rush, dont be desperate, unless he shows much interest, give weeks by my own rules. Just what you need to do is, like ,
we know you might be interested in xxxxx, but may be because of our price, we believe we can work things out, we will like to hear how much you are willing to pay for domain xxxxx, then we will work things out.
Just keep the conversation open to catch his interest. From there... you take it on.... and when sold........ send me recharge card.....
