The governor is right, you don't build on a wrong foundation. That house if left to stay will always remind the guy's victims of the horror they went through .

Perhaps their own unwillingness to deal with sin swiftly encouraged the same behavior in the hearts of their sons. Extract the perhaps from the previous sentence. Fathers who are slow to deal with sin will encourage that same slow response in the lives of their sons.

Yes, the houses could be put in use especially for primary health centers but the government may not deem it fit to do that.
