I back in the days when I was 21years, I used to say I will be married latest at 28, but funny enough I will be 28 this December and not even a girlfriend to show for come talk of being financially stable to take care of one

Your claim is not exactly correct.
There are several reasons why ladies don't marry on time of which waka about and indecision stands out

The author of this post has a valid point, but the thing is that the economy is bad and it reflects on the spending power its citizens, so all those illusions of doing a wedding in Dubai with six step cake is difficult but not impossible but the part I will wholly disagree with the author is his view that guys are the reason while girls marry late.

I am sure they are a number of guys are asking single ladies out yet they reject the proposal, a lot of girls are looking for ready made man that owns a houses, cars, investment and so on, but the truth is that poverty is in the land especially in this season, so if girls keep rejecting marriage proposal it their fault, hopefully a rich dude will show up.

My advice for ladies is that do not have a selfish motive to marry especially because of money, its because of incompatibility and selfish reasons that there are a lot of break up/ divorce in the society.

marry who you truly love and if you insist on getting married to a rich dude, the best you to do yourself is to be rich too; like poles attract and vice versa, it only in Nigerian films you see the opposite, these days no man want to marry a liability
