Some of this info are new to me tho. I followed my school's guide to file taxes using information they placed on my student and got what I was supposed to get based on how much they deducted.
And many, a lot of international students got covid-19 stimulus package today. I also kinda heard they gave cause most can't leave to go to their countries to get the benefits there. Anyway, its a great relief during this pandemic especially with how it has vastly affected many people here in the USA. we hope for better days. And I will be waiting to get Buhari stimulus package too

I got an ission in the US, I just got the email. But now I'm having second thoughts. Based on the strict immigration laws and limited job choices due to type of Visa. I hear Canada doesn't have all these. Is it wise for me decline the ission in the US and apply to a school in Canada instead ?

Firstly considering Canada �� they do not have much financial aid and scholarships available for International Student compared to the U.S. The U.S institution offers a lot of packages to international student to my knowledge except for some private institution that offers less.

N/B: Through the International Student Fee in Canada is where most of the in-state (citizens/PR) student fee is gotten from.

Yet acknowledging the strict immigration laws, Visa Hurdles it is still worth going for a lot of things might happen during the years even the BAN they placed on us for some category of VISAS I am very optimistic that it will be lifted in a couple of years or so.

But still Canada �� is also a very good destination for study, you could as well try it out best of luck.

Keep the one you have now by the side. Go and pursue the Canada own first and get it. How will you decline USA when you have not gotten Canada offer? Please use wisdom. People are also making it big time in USA too. USA has more opportunities than Canada. U can USA first, then go over to Canada to secure citizenship later please.

Waiting time for i20 should be next week.
