I don’t know if they’ve always have it but I’m just finding out now. In case anyone is social distancing and can’t go to the african store or Asian store.

Is Pic 1 buns? I'm up for it. Not sure of the Zobo drink though.

Why do you guys keep saying eggsauce? What I see is Yam and scrambled eggs with veg. Or not?

Where did the word eggsauce emanate from? Is it American English? Not sure. Or is it a modern construct and I'm being old fashioned? Egg na Egg, but never a sauce.

Scrambled egg
Poached egg
Boiled egg
Fried egg

Tabasco sauce
Chilli sauce
Brown sauce
Worster sauce
Hollandaise sauce

Yes, that's scrambled egg and scentleaves. I call it Eggsauce sometimes too, yeah. Nigerians call it Eggsauce too.

In Nigeria, we have tomato sauce too which is very different from tomato stew. I stand to be corrected.

All the other sauces you mentioned up there are not Nigerian foods, so I'm pretty sure most Nigerians don't know or eat them.

The different types of eggs you mentioned too, I know them and I eat them.

Thanks.

Breakfast:
Strawberry flavored pancakes with scrambled egg and hot chocolate.

I love the clever introduction of Strawberry into the pancakes. This improves the health quality of the pancakes and an ingenious way to get kids to eat fruit and veg. One can even introduce broccoli, blackberry, cashew, banana, walnut etc.

I love it.

They have always had African food...started some years back. I think the current climate has push more sellers in. Pricey but okay. Some sellers are great with putting good groceries online. Takes long or never to get replies to your questions though. I like asking questions grin
Have you bought any dried fish ? If so share your experience. I'm dreaming of dried fish stew.
I bought palm oil...my current ones are in quarantine grin
