But this wouldn't show how serious a buyer is. You might end up pissing the buyer, imagine someone said $500 and you'll add $50 only?

Someone offered $350 for my geo domain that has BIN of $500, the same person also offer $500 for one of my brandable that is on "make offer" I countered $1200, he then offered 900 which I accepted.

All Dan remainders have finished till the agreement was cancelled.

This happened 1 week+ ago.

The fact that it has that amount of backlinks doesn't mean it's valuable.It could just be auto generated backlinks , worthless directly links or worse used as a PBN before or 301'd to a Viagra site. You can use ahrefs backlinks checker to check the quality of the backlinks and archive.org to check what type of site was on the domain name before

But yellow pages and yelp tend to be very misleading. When I check I'll see plenty end s to but I enter their website I'll see that they offer the service to an entirely different location.

E.g yellow page would show the address El Paso,Texas but if you enter the site you'll see that they offer the service in Dallas, Texas.

What if an end offer the service in 3,4,5+ location do you still them?

Or companies that have numerous location they are serving both within and outside a state?

what if, say a plumbing company has only one website to manage all its branches (in different cities across a state and probably other states) and has dedicated pages on the website for each branches.

can this company be an end for a GEO domain? bearing in mind there are different pages on its website for different cities it renders its service.

The domain was pending delete in ED. So 5 days before it dropped, I ed Dynadot to catch it for me.

I did this by simply typing the domain in their search box, I got a result that it wasn't available to but available to backorder.

That's when I requested for the domain backorder. The starting price is $24.99 and it could be more upon successful catching.

Kindly note that you don't pay before they catch the domain for you, they only charge you when the backorder is successful.

Similarly, they will give you 50 hours to pay up if you won. Failure to do so, you might be banned from requesting domain backorder in the future.
