ok, my bvn is linked to my Airtel number but I ed my MTN number as my alert number in all my 4 bank s. when I was opening sc , after inputting my bvn, I was shown 2 numbers to choose from (1. my bvn linked number ie Airtel. 2 my alert receiving number ie MTN) I chose option 2 and they sent the otp to me via my MTN. mind you, it's my Airtel that's linked to my bvn.


Even the person I help for on Monday also got otp from his alert number and not his bvn linked phone number

If you receive alert with a different phone number and you were not show that number too. maybe the bank only reset it for recieving alert, they didn't add it to your bvn also.

If I try and track my application it will tell me I I don't have a pending request I've cleared the data and try ing again thinking I didn't well it will tell me that I've already submitted my application I don tire like this

I tried calling their customer care, they said they can't help me but gave me a number to call that it's the number I can call that will help resolve the issue.
