A scholarship is not a job, they pay for your education abroad and all other associated costs, that is the benefit

Scholarships come with a value which the awarding bodies are usually transparent about. E.g. recipients of the Eiffel scholarship get a monthly stipend of €1,181 that can be awarded for 12-36 months. I haven’t seen the value of this Total scholarship in of monthly allowance/stipend. Anyone with this information should kindly share.

It was stated that the scholarship will close on the 5th of march but will it be 11:59pm of Wednesday or 11:59pm of Thursday? Because it is clearly stated on their website that the deadline is 3days away but time was nt included.

16-18 usually interviewed, and they award 8 - 10 scholarships eventually

No, once you withdraw your application it means that you're no longer interested and you will be unable to reapply so just leave it as it is, you might be lucky to get shortlisted even without the cover letter
