I really don't know why government agencies keeps doing this shit.
2days after your recruitment portals open, you are still doing "construction" on the site and this construction will never finish till the last day of the recruitment.

Almost all the government agencies and parastatals have this problem and it is a serious one.

These inec guys are just trying to play with our intelligence. I don't think neither them nor the site is ready for any recruitment.
At first, the site interface was different as at yesterday. Later same yesterday, the site was reconstructed but not allowing candidate to SUBMIT application.
